Please note the rental rates are per week, covers all guests named on the booking form and includes:
- All taxes (at 12%)
- All utility costs
- Free high speed wireless internet, Netflixs, Apple and Peacock TV
- Cleaning on departure

Rental Notes
- Villa sleeps up to 7 adults/children.
- Arrival is after 4.30pm and check out is 10am. If the villa is not booked the next day, a free of charge late departure can be arranged.
- Pool heating is available at £200 the first week, and £125 every following week
- If you decide to go ahead with your booking, all we need to confirm your dates is a non-refundable deposit of £100.
- The remaining balance would be due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
- Arrangements can be made to pay the balance using interest free monthly installment
- After payment of the full balance we will post directly to your home all details and key code to the villa, so you can get straight on with your holiday after your flight.
- Deposit and balance can be paid via cheque, direct to bank or via PayPal (may incur an extra charge).
