Rental Rates for Park Place Villa

Late availability special - Any week between 1/5/25 and 20/5/25 £1000 including all utilities, taxes and clean on departure

All remaining weeks 2025 discounted by £100 to £1150 - including all utilities, taxes and clean on departure

Please note the rental rates are per week, covers all guests (stated on booking form) and include:

  • Minimum booking of seven nights

  • All taxes (at 12%)

  • All utility costs

  • Free high speed wireless internet

  •        When possible free late departure

  • Cleaning on departure 

  • Pool Heating is available at an extra charge of £200 first week and £100 each following week

  • Villa sleeps up to 6 adults/children.

  • Arrival is after 4.30pm and check out is 10am. If the villa is not booked the next day, a free of charge, late departure can be arranged.

  • Pool heating is available at £200 the first week, and £125 every following week

  • If you decide to go ahead with your booking, all we need to confirm your dates is a non-refundable deposit of £100.

  • The remaining balance would be due 8 weeks prior to your departure.

  •  Arrangements can be made to pay the balance using interest free monthly installment

  • After payment of the full balance we will post directly to your home all details and key code to the villa, so you can get straight on with your holiday after your flight.

  • Deposit and balance can be paid via cheque, direct to bank or via PayPal (may incur an extra charge).
