Welcome to the website which will provide information, facts, images, rates and booking details  for our beautiful home, based 20 miles from Disney, in the peaceful golf setting of Southern Dunes. We live in the UK and have been home owners on Southern Dunes for 20 years.  We chose this development because it is beautifully landscaped and a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Plus everything you need from shopping, fast food or the number one steakhouse on TripAdvisor, is in walking distance. At the end of a hot and busy day golfing, visiting the Theme Parks, or shopping, just imagine retreating to your luxurious Golf & Country Club home.

We have been proud owners of Park Place Villa since 2003 and constantly update this stunning home.

Southern Dunes is a very peaceful neighbourhood where there is 24 hour security gated access and regular estate patrols. During your stay at the beautifully landscaped Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, you will have access to various large swimming pools, a gym, children’s play area and tennis courts. It makes a great holiday base, yet it is still near to the hustle and bustle of the parks, with Disney only 20 miles away.

This spacious villa, of 2220 sqft, provides the perfect home from home, which includes luxury furnishings, wooden flooring, comfortable beds with luxury bedding and spread over 2 floors, providing bedroom and bathroom  privacy for families, friends and parents/children. Swim in your own private south facing pool (with golf course views), and relax on the large extended pool deck with a lanai, with an electric awning, which both provide shade.  The private pool, which can be heated, faces south and has plenty of padded outdoor furniture. The villa has wireless internet, free calls to the US and Canada and air conditioning through out. Most televisions are Samsung Smart and all have free access to Netflix and a good selection of US channels.

Great news, at Southern Dunes you can leave the car on the drive as they are bars, restaurants, fast food outlets and stores are within walking distance. This includes Walmart and Winn Dixie which are at the entrance to the country club
