Is the management company nearby?
Yes the home is managed by a family who live and only operate on Southern Dunes. You can ring them for free on the villa phone. If any problems do arise during your stay, they will take care of it ensuring your holiday is not disturbed.
Is the pool south facing?
Yes the pool a faces south and has a large pool deck (35 foot by 30 foot) with plenty of padded pool furniture. In addition there is a lanai, shaded area, with a cooling ceiling fan and light. A metal fence, with gate, can be fitted in order to provide a barrier between the lanai/pool deck.
Is the estate secure?
The estate has 24 hour security with gated access and regular patrols.
Can you play golf at the PGA Southern Dunes Course onto which the house backs?

Can we walk drive to local bars and restaurants?
Yes, you can walk to the local golf club where they serve food and drinks.
Also in easy walking distance is Walmart, McDonald's, Arbys, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King, Beef 'O' Brady's, Checkers, Pizza Hut Takeaway, Manny's Chop House (number 1 on Trip master) and Sonny's Barbecue Pit
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, this is a cheque for £500 / $500, which is held by ourselves and posted back to you, or destroyed on your return, following a clear damage report. You will be asked your preference for the cheque.
What do you mean by damages?
Please don't worry as we realise accidents can happen. We are referring to malicious/deliberate damage.
What do you mean by excessive clean?
Extra cost of £80 is charged when rubbish, pots and pans, and dirty towels etc. left all over the house. Please note there are no pets allowed and smoking is also not allowed inside the villa. (Smoking on the front porch or pool deck is allowed).
Do you have a barbeque?
Yes we have a George Forman out/indoor grill on a stand which can be plugged in outside and then cleaned in the dishwasher. Please note you are not allowed to use gas/charcoal barbeques inside the pool cage, although you can use one outside the cage. This problem does not arise with our electric one.
Is the driving reasonably easy from your villa to the attractions, as I'm not too good with navigation?
You can hire a sat nav with your rental car or one is available to borrow in the villa. I never drove the first 10 years and I regret it as the last 10 years I drive all the time. Everything is two or three lanes, with lights at junctions, so it's easy to stay on the right side of the road. With going 25 years we know our way around, but still use a sat nav so I would recommend you hire a sat nav with your rental car, upgrade your portable sat nav to include USA maps before you go, use your mobile or as mentioned an older one is available to use during your stay.
